The Role

We are seeking a HR Administrator who is enthusiastic, solution-orientated and applies a people-focused lens to everything they do!

This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit an experienced HR administrator looking to broaden their knowledge across a range of HR activities. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR, line managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all administrative queries. This role will support our employees across different countries.

We are a fast growing global company, so we are looking for someone who can be hands on and happy to adapt to the changing needs of the business (no day is the same here at Frontiers!).

Our People Operations department is expanding rapidly, to support the growing needs of our people and business. We have an exciting mix of nationalities, experiences and skills which makes for a very dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with the coordination of people operations activities for Frontiers locations globally
  • Support our Frontons by responding to routine HR queries from employees and managers relating to HR guidelines, processes and systems, escalating complex queries as appropriate, and promoting a positive employee experience
  • Support and coordinate HR administration for all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Assist with finaliing employee administration in readiness for payroll cycles, ensuring data and documentation is processed accurately and efficiently
  • Act at the main point of contact for the People Team SharePoint site, working closely with colleagues to review and maintain content  
  • Support with the onboarding of new starters
  • Support the People Team with project work
  • Provide general administrative support

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of Polish OR Italian national employment regulations
  • An understanding of HR processes
  • Experience of organising and prioritising work in order to meet deadlines
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office
  • A confident and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Proactive and flexible approach
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Passionate about continuous professional development
