This is how you can make an impact
You provide valuable technical support for Revieve’s partners on the implementation process and integration of our products and software for web/Android/iOS, which improves our implementation process externally as well internally.
In your key position, you provide and document technical guidance to our internal teams about the product and the capabilities of our software which helps us scale our operations to the next level.
Your long-term efforts will be centered around optimizing our processes, sample code, and documentation, reinforcing our goal of providing a quality service and effortless onboarding for our customers.
Additionally, you have a role in the important day-to-day operations related to Revieve’s partner implementations in the form of data integrations to our database.
In this role, you will
- Learn the new features of our software to be able to have technical discussions around them with clients.
- Support clients with implementations for web, Android, and iOS.
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams.
- Configure internal tools for new implementations.
- Implement and document small third-party integrations with our software.
- Handle product data imports.
To succeed in this position, you need to
- Have understanding or knowledge of at least one programming language (JavaScript, Swift, or Java/Kotlin preferred)
- Be adaptable, with an interest in learning new technologies and willingness to switch contexts continuously
- Have experience working with cross-functional teams
- Contribute meaningful feedback for our tech and ops teams
- Have great communication and collaboration skills
- Have excellent English skills
Meet our Partner Engagement Team
Our Partner Engagement team is led by Mikko, a new dad who has been part of building up Revieve’s platform since the early days. The extended Engagement team also includes the Implementation team (which you will be part of), led by Diego out of Spain, the Data enrichment function, as well as Partner Success team, led by Basak out of Helsinki.
Our Engagement team supports our partners’ journey to go live with our platform and drives business value in its smooth implementation and highest quality delivery.
Besides the Engagement team, you will also be in close contact with our tech team. The teams that you are going to work with the most are the Implementation and Partner Success teams. As we are an organization that collaborates across departments and thrives on helping each other, especially our Tech and Product team will become very familiar to you.
