Mindset:

We are looking for a bright and analytical Incentive Compensation Specialist (m/f/d) who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment to bring compensation expertise.

You will be responsible for the Incentive Compensation of our Sales Team. In close collaboration with our Sales Operations, People Experience and Finance Team, you will play a key role in developing, calculating, maintaining and analyzing the Incentive Commissions.


Your responsibilities include…

  • Support regular reviews of the entire scheme, incorporating sales performance analysis, cost appraisal and evolving needs of the business
  • Responsible for calculations and analysis of the commission scheme performance, ensuring the integrity of commissions payments
  • Enhance post on-boarding process with People Experience Team and learning department for new starters on sales compensation plans
  • Maintaining the commission tool to ensure all payees and plan details are correct and made in time
  • Participate in the day to day effectiveness of the scheme and handle commission queries and processing governance for sales and support functions
  • Boost content, and accuracy improvement of Sales headcount, assignment movement, leavers, and starters report
  • Calculate, Evaluate and submit monthly commission payments to attain necessary approval and workflows
  • Perform monthly analysis for Management and Investor review and to improve scheme performance, high earners, and exception payments
  • Recommend and implement on process improvement
  • Accurate calculation of earnings and submit to local payrolls to determine monthly and quarterly frequency annual comp plans


You are a great fit if …

  • You have +5 years of experience in an Incentive Compensation Role in an fast growing Hardware or Software (SaaS) environment
  • Excellent Skills in Excel usage and proficient with spreadsheets
  • Experience with Tableau and Salesforce is a plus
  • You’re analytical, extremely organized and meticulous
  • Data driven work mentality
  • Passionate about quality control and efficiency
  • Fluent in English, any other language welcome
