Title: Data Wrangler - Remote - 95583
Onsite/Remote:Remote Position
This position is eligible for remote work at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.
Your Responsibilities
As a Data Wrangler for the Retail Parts Management team located in Milan, IL, Or Chicago, IL, OR Olathe, KS, you will focus on leveraging data and BI tools to improve the service we provide to our dealer partners. In addition, you will:
- Identify, locate, and wrangle data from existing data locations (including Enterprise Data Lake EDL), external sources, and new data sources as needed to support analytics and reporting
- Organize and clean data to remove quality issues, combine data sources, and provide relevant information which may include developing samples used to create analytics models or reports
- Create and manage ad hoc reports and interactive visualizations to support data-driven decisions and process enablement (Tableau, PowerBI, etc,)
- Engage and collaborate with global aftermarket stakeholders to support RPM business
- Collaborate with other analytics practitioners to establish and utilize best practices

What Skills You Need
- 1-3 years of experience in data gathering, analysis, and visualization techniques
- 1 - 3 years of data analytics experience using SQL., Python, or R.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems leveraging data
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, economics and trend forecasting
What Makes You Stand Out
- 1-3 years of industry experience in data mining and hands-on experience in quantitative modeling, analysis, and data modeling
- 1 or more years experience working with the dealer channel or aftermarket teams
- 1 or more years of experience self-managing analytics projects
- Ability to identify and initiate aftermarket opportunities
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
