Project Setup Clerk - Data Entry At ExecuSource
Currently seeking candidates for a temporary to hire Project Setup Clerk position for a large and growing engineering firm in the Fort Mill, SC area. This is a fully in office position!
Duties Include
- Add accounting and construction projects into accounting system
- Process jobs and contracts into Oracle
- Set up new projects and enter information about project and job accurately
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Import/export project data using assigned excel templates
Compensation starts between $20-24/hr (Depending on experience)
Qualifications
- Associates degree required (Bachelor Preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in an office environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Data Entry experience, preferably in accounting
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
