Our Client, a leading service company, is looking for a Data Entry Admin!

Responsibilities Of Data Entry Admin
- Set up new claim files as needed (download, create files, data input and initial letters to parties)
- Pull coverage information for adjusters
- Payment Requests
- Prepare letters, reports, memos, and various other materials
- Electronic receipt and management of work assignments
- Prepare, send, and distribute faxes and emails
- Open, date stamp, distribute incoming mail, and processes deliveries
- Coordinate/maintain supplies and supply area
Preferred Requirements of Data Entry Admin:
- Accurate data entry skills
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and be flexible as priorities may change
- Strong computer skills are required
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge – Outlook, Word & Excel
- Willingness to learn
