The role
Our Payroll team is expanding to support the growing needs of our people and business and we are looking for a Payroll Technology & Data Specialist to join us. This role will support various stakeholders with all system functions across our payroll platforms. The position will play an integral part in helping us to build a strong global payroll function in order to support our employees from all current and future markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support all technology initiatives within the Payroll team
- Coordinate, lead and support systems implementation, upgrades, testing and other technical projects as well as all integrations
- Act as the liaison with Workday, People, C&B and vendors
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Research (inc. reviewing vendors in the market) and implement payroll best practices from technology standpoint. Identify automation opportunities for taking manual work out and streamlining.
- Improve pre-payroll and payroll process through automated data validation solutions for all countries and global process standardization.
- Lead payroll data management tasks (inc. supporting annual bonus scheme calculation)
- Lead and conduct audit activities to ensure data integrity within all Payroll systems, inc. pension and benefits
- Assist Accounting team to ensure sufficient payroll funding, all payroll transactions are accounted timely, accurately and comply to company financial policy.
- Assist with Payroll accounting/General ledger globally
- Maintain payroll processes to ensure alignment with legislation and adapt to policy changes
- Address areas for improvement through process redesigning, testing, training and communications
About you:
- International payroll experience, understands all phases of payroll processing. Should have knowledge on payroll inputs, processing, outputs and reports
- Experience with Workday is a plus
- Technology savvy and curious professional
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
- Strong ability and passion in team capability building and knowledge sharing
- Basic project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Good analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality at all times
