Introduction
As a Process Delivery Specialist you'll be a trusted business advisor. You'll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business. You'll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
This position is responsible for handling the financial process related business and providing standardized financial process delivery to customers.
- Processing all accounting activities associated with the General Ledger including fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank, month end closing, journal entry, etc.
- E2E General Accounting activities, including Reporting & Consolidations.
- Preparing Balance Sheet, Inter-company & Cash Reconciliations.
- Make sure financial treatment in proper method.
- Assist in Audit.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Good email correspondence ability in English or Japanese;
- Working experience in BPO industry is a plus;
- Good communication skills;
- Good pressure resistance;
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
- Excellent verbal communications skills in English or Japanese
- Good finance and accounting skills
