For our client, an international hardware and software developer, we are filling the following position:
Team Assistant (m/f/d) Business Admin
YOUR TASKS
- Cooperate with Executive Assistants of partners to simplify meetings between companies and executives
- Calender management as well as travel organization and planning
- Coordination and preparation of appointments and team events
- Processing of monthly expenses and completing Purchase Orders
- Publishing and maintaining distribution groups, contact lists and organizational charts
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in senior-level support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
