About This Opportunity
Align Technology is a global medical device company that pioneered the invisible orthodontics market with the introduction of the Invisalign system in 1999. Today, we develop innovative, technology-rich products such as Invisalign system of clear aligner treatments, the iTero scanner services to help dental professionals achieve the clinical results they expect and deliver effective, cutting-edge dental options to their patients.
In this role, you will...
- Solve IT issues at end-user level received from ITSM system
- Respond to assigned tickets and request within business defined service level agreements. Logging of problems and resolutions using Service Now.
- Manage the Anti-virus client agent for end-user devices.
- Manage Microsoft Intune device management service. Maintain non-compliant devices.
- Create technical documentation to strengthen Onsite support capabilities. Follow the standard procedures.
- Manage Azure AD computers and users accounts.
- Manage Office 365
- Configure and manage corporate end-user hardware and software.
- Provide support for remote users.
- Manage specific application services for dedicated departments
In this role, you’ll need …
- Solid background in Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365.
- Basic background for supporting Windows Server 2012r2/2016/2019.
- Exceptional communication skills: ability to explain technical issues in a non-technical fashion
- Experienced with TCP/IP, networking, VPN troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of iOS/Android (email service, security, apps)
- It is a plus to know Macintosh technologies
- Support and configuration of Wireless connections
- Language skills – English.
