Data Entry Clerk Job Vacancy At Robert Half, Southlake TX
Job Description: Core responsibilities include verify data and correct the data where necessary. Enter data points from document in system. Compare the document to what you enter for accuracy. Reviews and ensures the proper documentation is categorized correctly in database. Analyzing information to identify document types of Notice of Assignments and Letter of Release. Identify errors and correct any errors and escalate to supervisor when necessary. Ability to maintain attention to detail in fast paced environment. Ability to take the initiative and work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain confidentiality of information.
Requirements
2+ years of Data Entry experience Strong typing and data entry skills Detail-oriented and able to multi-task Great communication skills and ability to update managers Proficient in Microsoft Office
