JOB DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor’s degree or a combination of a High School diploma and 1-2 years of data entry experience.
Must be a fluent communicator in written and spoken English.
Experience with Google suite or Microsoft Office.
At least one year of data entry experience
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines and adapting to changing processes
Proficient with different web browsers and other online tools, and able to conduct quick and efficient web queries
Solid background with a variety of web-based desktop tools, including SaaS platforms such as Salesforce
Capacity to learn multiple tasks, and move quickly among different procedures and processes
Self-starter, quick learner, well-organized, detail oriented, and professional demeanor
Strong communication skills with business customers in email and by phone
