If so, then we are looking for you to join us in Microsoft Research Outreach as an Executive Business Administrator to the Managing Director (VP) of our growing organization!


#Research 

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic calendar management and time planning support for Managing Director (VP) with utmost attention to accuracy and timelines.

Arranging and coordinating a high number of domestic and complex international travel plans end-to-end including the proactive anticipation of any and all logistics and itineraries, and Visa processing as necessary.

Preparing and reconciling expense reports to ensure timely processing. Will also handle expense approvals for Managing Director’s direct reports.

Partner closely with the Business Management and Business Operations on activities in support of team’s business ROB, training compliance tracking, and discretionary budget tracking (e.g., morale, hardware, supplies) and reporting.

Planning, coordination, promotion, and support for both internal and external meetings for the for Managing Director (VP) and the group’s Leadership Team Rhythm of Business .

Planning, tracking, maintenance, and adjustment of group’s equipment and inventory based on stock requirements and business needs. Maintenance of space-management processes, team spaces, and team members’ contact information.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

5+ years of high level Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management

Strong understanding of MSFT collaboration tools including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams


Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Experience with MS Expense, Concur Travel, and SharePoint.

Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism applied in all transactions, maintenance of utmost confidentiality with sensitive and personal information

BA/BS Preferred
